The New Voice Complete Feature Manager in Lumen Control Center is live! Lumen US customers can now access the Phase 2 Voice Complete Feature Manager features (sequential and simultaneous ring) in the Control Center portal. Colt EMEA customers will continue to use the old Voice Feature Management portal until its targeted decommission in September of 2025.

Voice Feature Management
- Enables activating or deactivating features of Voice Complete® on users' telephone numbers.
- Enables users to access, use, and configure all Voice Complete features(features packs and optional mobility features) using a secure web portal.
- Provides administrators 24X7 access to modify assigned telephone number features or reset user and group passwords.
